We can discuss your needs and goals, then set up an appointment for an onsite visit and assessment with our administrator, Mary Reed. We like to meet the family and/or guardian as well as your loved one in his/her residence so we can develop a care plan with your specific needs/goals. This process allows us match you with your ideal caregiver.
If you approve our plan and hire our agency we will introduce you to your new Caregiver(s) during an orientation shift, and service will then begin. You have constant control over your care plan, which can be amended at any point by contacting out administrator.
